Zeb finds out that Beth is married to a war hero who is presumed to be dead. When the doctor fails to cure Zeb Jessie takes her to a medicine man of the Arapaho Indians in a desperate attempt to save her life. Zeb and Luke discovers a group of hungry Indians and decides to buy a herd of cattle as they run to the reserve, along with some Indians.
